About Artists and Makers Camp
Artists and Makers Camp is a community building event for participants to learn new crafts and skills outdoors in a beautiful, picturesque environment. Students and instructors have the opportunity to camp together at the folk school and everyone leaves with memories, skills and completed creations.
Schedule
Campers are invited to arrive Friday to set up camp and settle in. On Saturday, everyone will dive into their chosen courses. Each course will take place outdoors in a different part of the property. Register for your courses here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served on Saturday. We will serve wood-fired pizza in the outdoor pizza oven on Saturday evening for everyone to enjoy. On Sunday, students have the opportunity to work with their instructors to finish up their projects. Campers may take their time packing up and head out whenever they are ready on Sunday.
Pricing
The registration cost for the whole weekend or both Saturday class sessions is a base price of $175. There is also the option for half day registration, either the morning or the afternoon session only. If an instructor has an additional materials fee, it will be listed in the class description and added to the price when you book your classes. Full day registration includes 2 classes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, bonus mini workshop(s), and breakfast on Sunday if you choose to camp. Half day registration includes lunch for the morning session and dinner for the evening session.
