We are grateful to announce that Avon Hills Folk School has received a FY26 Arts Education Grant. This support allows us to host April Ogimaakwe Stone for a series of demonstrations and workshops in Black Ash Basketry, where learners will observe and practice traditional construction techniques as well as the harvest and preparation of materials.

We are excited and grateful to announce that Avon Hills Folk School has received a FY26 Arts Organization Development Grant from the Central Minnesota Arts Board. This funding supports our plan to hire a Program Director in 2026, responding to strong community interest and the growing impact of our programming.
