On this Thanksgiving Eve all of us at the Avon Hills Folk School are tremendously grateful. Here are a few things at the top of our list.

Without this amazing setting with its natural beauty, historical, cultural, significance we could never hope to have begun the folk school.

Friends and Family

Without them we wouldn't have been able to begin this journey and we certainly wouldn't be this far along.

Without these creative, passionate amazing souls we wouldn't be able to fulfill our mission. You're the best - and we need more of you.

You know who you are - without your support and encouragement we may have given up long ago. Please keep believing in us.

Our success, past and future will always be because of you. Your interest, engagement, support, participation and encouragement. We need all of it. Thank you!

As we reflect upon all that has blessed us in 2022 we look ahead to 2023 with optimism, apprehension, hope, fear and the knowledge that what we are doing matters and is good.
