This New Moon retreat centers around the practice of inward listening and quiet renewal. Held just after the darkening of the moon, this gathering invites stillness, reflection, and the soft return to self.
Through gentle movement, forest immersion, breathwork, journaling, and shared presence, we explore what it means to rest in the unseen: to pause, to listen, and to begin again from a place of truth rather than urgency.
You can expect a quiet, grounded afternoon held in the forest with space to slow all the way down. The rhythm of the day is soft and spacious, moving between guided practices and long periods of rest and reflection.
We will share herbal teas, walk slowly through the woods, practice gentle yoga accessible to all bodies, and spend time journaling our creative reflections. A simple shared meal will be offered in the early evening as we gather in lowering light, followed by a closing circle honoring what is ready to be released and what is quietly beginning.
Everything is held with gentleness and care; all experience levels are welcome.
