Folk School on Tap

Folk School on Tap
Brewer's Lounge, Bad Habit Brewing, St. Joseph, MN
Tuesday, January 23 | 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Adventure Awaits!
Join us for an unforgettable evening with outdoorsman and adventurer Zach Fritz, as he shares the incredible story of his and Taylor Rau’s 105-day, 2,700-mile canoe expedition from the wilderness of northern Minnesota to the Arctic Ocean.

From Dreams to Reality:
Their journey is more than a tale of paddles, bugs, and breathtaking landscapes—it’s a testament to chasing dreams, embracing the wild, and stepping out of your comfort zone. With stunning photos and captivating videos, Zach will transport you to the heart of North America’s most remote and untamed places.

Meet the Presenter:
Zach’s connection to the wilderness runs deep. As a former participant, guide, and Program Director with Les Voyageurs, Zach has spent years exploring, mentoring, and sharing his passion for the outdoors. Since his first canoe trip at age four, Zach has paddled thousands of miles, crafted his own canoe paddles, and pursued adventures that connect him to nature. Now based in Madison, WI, he’s balancing his love of the outdoors with life alongside his girlfriend as she completes her PhD.

Sip and Explore:
Join us in the Brewer's Lounge at Bad Habit Brewing for an evening of inspiring storytelling. This Folk School on Tap event promises adventure, camaraderie, and reflections on what it means to follow your dreams.
