This month, Chris Schellinger will present information about Mushroom Foraging in Central Minnesota. The Avon Hills Folk School has a diverse landscape that hosts a variety of mushrooms, including Chanterelles, Hen of the Woods, Chicken of the Woods, and Lobster mushrooms!
