1pm-8pm

This Earth Day retreat centers around the practice of reconnecting with the land, the rhythms of nature, and one another. Rooted in the spirit of care for the Earth, the day weaves together grounding movement, mindful walking, seasonal reflection, and simple outdoor cooking. Through practices such as breathwork, gentle yoga, storytelling, and gathering around the fire, we explore what it means to live in relationship with the natural world and with our community.

Rather than a traditional class, this is an immersive day of slowing down, listening to the land, and honoring Earth Day through presence, gratitude, and shared experience.

You can expect a spacious, grounding day held in the forest; an invitation to step away from the rush of daily life and reconnect with the earth beneath your feet. The day will move through a gentle rhythm of movement, reflection, creativity, and community.

Together we’ll share herbal teas, wander forest paths, breathe and stretch beneath the trees, and gather around the fire to prepare a simple Earth Day supper. For our evening meal, we’ll make classic campfire dinners: each person will build their own camp supper with potatoes, carrots, onions, your choice of meat or mushroom, and seasonings before placing it over the fire to cook. It’s a nostalgic, hands-on way to cook together and share a warm meal outdoors.

Expect cozy moments, time for quiet reflection, meaningful conversation, and a closing circle around the fire. Everything is offered with warmth, gentleness, and a spirit of belonging: all experience levels are welcome.

Throughout the day, you’ll experience:

  • A guided meditative forest walk to arrive and connect with the land

  • Gentle, breath-led yoga accessible to all levels

  • Opportunities for quiet reflection, journaling, or creative expression

  • Herbal teas and simple snacks

  • An Earth Day campfire supper where everyone prepares their own supper to cook over the fire

  • Campfire conversation with thoughtful prompts about our relationship with then Earth

  • Time for solo wandering, grounding, or resting among the trees

You’ll leave with a renewed sense of connection, to yourself, to the natural world, and to the people gathered around the fire with you, along with simple nature-based practices you can carry into everyday life.

Please bring:

  • your whole self

  • a yoga mat

  • a bolster or pillow to sit on

  • a journal and writing tool

  • water bottle

  • layers to accommodate for weather and elements during day and night (indoor/outdoor)

In the spirit of community care and accessibility, this retreat is offered on a three-tier sliding scale. Please choose the tier that best reflects your current financial capacity. All participants receive the same experience regardless of the tier selected.

Community Rate: $95

This rate helps cover the basic costs of the retreat and is intended for those who need a more accessible price point in order to attend. If paying the full cost would make it difficult for you to participate, you are warmly invited to select this option.

Support the Event: $125

This tier reflects the true cost of the retreat, supporting the space, materials, facilitators, and preparation that make the day possible. If you are able to pay the full value of the experience, choosing this tier helps sustain future gatherings like this one.

Community Supporter: $155

This tier helps subsidize another participant’s attendance and supports the accessibility of this offering within our community. If you are in a position to contribute a little more, this option helps ensure that others can attend at the community rate.

No matter which tier you choose, you are equally valued and welcomed. Thank you for helping make this gathering a space rooted in generosity, reciprocity, and care.
