October 12, 2026

1pm-7pm

This Autumn Release retreat centers around the practice of letting go, deep listening, and honoring the cycles of the land and those who have long cared for it. Held on Indigenous Peoples’ Day, this gathering moves with intention, gratitude, and humility as we spend time in the forest reflecting on relationship, reciprocity, and belonging while honoring the original stewards of this land.

Through grounding movement, forest walking, breathwork, storytelling, and seasonal reflection, we explore what it means to release what is no longer needed and to return to what is essential, mutually supportive, and natural

You can expect a grounded, reflective autumn afternoon held in the forest as the season turns toward rest. The air will feel quieter, the light softer, and the day shaped by presence and respect.

We will share herbal teas and seasonal nourishment, move gently through the land, practice accessible yoga, and spend time in reflection and journaling. A shared meal will be offered as we gather in community, followed by a closing fire or circle (weather dependent) centered on gratitude, listening, and release.

In alignment with the spirit of this day, we honor the Indigenous peoples whose ancestral and present-day stewardship of the land makes gatherings like this possible. We hold this awareness with respect and care.

Throughout the day, you’ll experience:

  • A mindful forest walk in the turning season

  • Gentle, grounding movement practices

  • Time for reflection, journaling, and quiet observation

  • Herbal teas and seasonal shared nourishment

  • A community meal in shared presence

  • A closing circle honoring release, gratitude, and reciprocity

You’ll leave with a sense of grounded release and reconnection, along with practices for honoring cycles of change, listening more deeply, and returning to what matters most.

Please bring:

  • a vessel for water

  • a journal and a pen

  • clothing layers (weather dependent)

  • a yoga mat

  • a bolster or pillow to sit on

  • your whole self

In the spirit of community care and accessibility, this retreat is offered on a three-tier sliding scale. Please choose the tier that best reflects your current financial capacity. All participants receive the same experience regardless of the tier selected.

Community Rate: $85

This rate helps cover the basic costs of the retreat and is intended for those who need a more accessible price point in order to attend. If paying the full cost would make it difficult for you to participate, you are warmly invited to select this option.

Support the Event: $110

This tier reflects the true cost of the retreat, supporting the space, materials, facilitators, and preparation that make the day possible. If you are able to pay the full value of the experience, choosing this tier helps sustain future gatherings like this one.

Community Supporter: $135

This tier helps subsidize another participant’s attendance and supports the accessibility of this offering within our community. If you are in a position to contribute a little more, this option helps ensure that others can attend at the community rate.

No matter which tier you choose, you are equally valued and welcomed. Thank you for helping make this gathering a space rooted in generosity, reciprocity, and care.
